窦 威 副教授

个人简介

窦威,博士、副教授、硕士生导师。以第一作者/第一通讯作者在Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等国际学术期刊发表20篇论文,研究的主要方向是薄膜晶体管及其逻辑应用。曾在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作,在半导体材料和薄膜材料方面的研究取得了多项突破国外技术垄断的重要研究成果,获得4项专利授权。研发的具有智能光热分离功能的磁控窗膜在隔热性能、安全防爆等领域处于行业领先位置。

学术贡献

1. 采用具有双电层效应的介质层开展低电压薄膜晶体管的制备及其在神经仿生中的应用;

2. 开展金属和金属氧化物多层叠加结构的光热分离的研究,并探索其低成本、大规模生产模式。

教学情况

为本科生讲授高频电子线路、传感器与检测技术等课程。为研究生讲授薄膜生长、移动通信、学术前沿与进展等课程。
