报告人简历：Dieter Suter obtained his PhD in chemistry from Richard Ernst (ETH Zürich), working on solid-stateNMR. After a first PostDoc with Alex Pines (UC Berkeley), he moved to quantum optics.

His current research at TU Dortmund bomines magnetic resonance with laser spectroscopy for

applications in materials research, quantum information and medical physics.
