个人简介

王伟科,男,副教授,硕士研究生导师,新·葡萄88805世承人才计划-青年优秀人才。2010年本科毕业于湘潭大学;2015年博士毕业于中国科学院大学;2017年中国科学院强磁场科学中心博士后出站。

学术贡献

主要研究兴趣:(1)超导物理---新材料的探索和超导电性的调控。(2)半导体器件物理---二维层状半导体场效应晶体管和光探测器。(3)受限体系的电子性质---低维体系中的电子和自旋的输运性质和量子极限下新奇物理现象的探索。


教学情况

本科生教学:《医学物理学》,《线性代数》,《热学》。
